How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

 

After a transaction, your private information will be kept on file for more than 60 days in order to maintain your profile for future bookings.

Pending a suitable replacement framework, MUV, Inc. remains committed to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information from European Union member countries. In addition to following Privacy Shield Principles, MUV Inc. and its business partners in the EU employ measures such as the Standard Contractual Clauses where appropriate for data transfers. 

 

As of November 2022, we are closely watching the ongoing process to replace the Privacy Shield with the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework.  We will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. These parties include partners for ride fulfillment and data processors for credit card processing.
