Requirements

  1. In business for at least 3 years
  2. $1M in commercial auto liability insurance
  3. Own all vehicles listed in your fleet
  4. Chauffeurs must be employees
  5. Vehicles must be 5 years old or newer

Onboarding

  1. Complete qualifying process

  3. Submit legal & tax forms
  4. Add MUV to as additional insured
